The origin of this strange name …
In the adventures of Pantagruel as written in the Third Book,
François Rabelais describes a plant that he has discovered.
Presented as a “wonderful species of incalculable value”
the plant is named after Pantagruel himself. Although Cyril, our Chef, does not pretend to make use of this specific ingredient,
he does guarantee you his culinary expertise.
He masters the art of associating all sorts of herbs with his preparations,
for the joy of the palate, and also the eye. |
