The Atlantic Hotel was built in 1972 by the Blanchard family. It sits proudly on the promenade and was the first three star hotel to be built in Les Sables d'Olonne. It has 30 rooms, including 15 with private loggias and sea view.

The hotel has been completely renovated over the last few years to ensure a carefully planned decor with a combination of intimate and friendly surroundings and access to the latest technology.

Whether you decide to come for a cosy weekend or for a relaxing break, the Atlantic Hotel is the perfect starting point for many visits and activities. Why not experience our local history, try one of the numerous nautical sports available in our resort, take it easy on the fine sands of a glorious beach or just sit around our heated indoor swimming pool (29°C all year)?

The rooms have been decorated in invigorating ocean colours to create an atmosphere of calm and refinement.

Each sound-proofed and air-conditioned room has a double bed or twin beds with 'comfy' duvets (2010).

We also provide a minibar, a safe, electric-operated shutters and of course, all the latest technology to ensure your maximum comfort: an LCD screen TV with Canal+ and satellite, and unlimited wireless access to the net free of charge.

Careful attention has been paid to the bathrooms: anti steam magnifying mirror, hairdryer, bath tub with integrated shower and separate toilet.

Breakfast can be served in your room (at no extra cost) or as a buffet at the side of the pool.

In a snug atmosphere, the culinary talents of Romuald Chevalier, our chef, and the dignified presence of Simon Biron, our restaurant floor manager, combine to create a unique dining experience in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Romuald composes mouth-watering dishes with tastes that switch between land and sea; it is a style of cooking that places local products to the fore, highlighting their quality and freshness.

Le Sloop restaurant is open all year round to both hotel guests and members of the general public, but only for evening meals (reservation recommended).

The restaurant is closed on Fridays and Sundays every week from October to the end of March; it also closes during the Christmas holidays every year
