GITE WITH CHARACTER IN SOUTH VENDEE



Our gîte is located in Saint Michel le Cloucq in the South Vendee. Small Vendeen village situated near the Mervent-Vouvant forest and a few kilometres from Fontenay le Comte and not far from the Marais Poitevin.

Saint Michel le Cloucq is a holiday place where you can discover the Atlantic coast, La Rochelle and the Iles of Ré, Aix, and Fort Boyard and go to Puy du Fou and Futuroscope.
It is an old house of character completely restored and furnished in the Vendeen style.
It is suitable for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children), total surface 100m²).
Ground floor : Lounge with open fireplace, colour TV , video, DVD player,mini-hifi and telephone .
At your disposal : games, books, video tapes.

One bedroom with king size bed, private shower room with basin and toilet, TV and video, Free wifi access.Satellite chanels : english, german, dutch, spanish ....
 

 

A kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, micro wave, ceramic hob and several electric appliances.

Bathroom with bath and basin, separate toilet.
A laundry with washing machine , deep freezer




 
First floor : one bedroom with double bed.

One mezzanine with 2 single beds

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.( beds made up)

Electric heating
Outside : private garden 500 m² partially bordered with bushes. Sunny terrace with garden furniture, reclining chairs. Summer lounge with garden furniture and barbecue/chimney.
Parking.

2 VTT bikes for adults and 3 VTT bikes for children are available.

Prices include all except heating and fire wood for the chimney.

Bathroom towels, house linen, and bed linen are provided, the beds are made prior to arrival.
A deposit of 200 € is required on arrival and handed back on the last day.
We propose also cleaning option (40€)
