Nature lovers, right in the Vendéen bocage, discover the simple and authentic charm of a nature farm in the middle of fields and chestnuts wood. The place is bucolic and very calm.
The holiday cottage is completely independant over a vast ground surrounded by meadows where graze herds of Charolaise cows.
The cottage can accomodate 6 to 8 person. It is the ideal place to gather among family and friends and enjoy the sweet pleasure of the countryside.

The house is 250 m² (2690 square feet) and it includes : |

Ground floor :
A living room of 30 m2 ( ?? square m²) with a chimney, (sofa, armchairs, télévision, … ) ;
A large kitchen / dining room fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with a freezer, a four hot plates operated with gaz, electric oven, microwave) ;
2 bathrooms, one with 2 sinks and a shower and the other one with 1 sink and a shower,
2 separate toilets;
A reading room,
A bedroom of 25 m2 (a 2 person bed)
A bedroom of 20 m2 (3 single beds), communicating with the living-room,
A barn opened where it is possible to have breakfast or meals during the nice summer days.

A security deposit of 350 euros is required at the arrival date, and given back at the end of your trip after walkthrough
