In an old 16th century logis (dwelling) , A 200 square metre gîte of caractere labelled clevacances 4 keys) which welcomes up to 6 people. Situated at 1,5km of St Laurent de la Salle in the vendeen Bocage. At 15km from the A83 motorway between the towns of Fontenay le Comte and St hermine.
	On the first floor 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and a toilet. .
On the ground floor An entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast corner , a utility room and a toilet. A dining sitting room with fire place.
	This property is set on 2500 m2 of land with a closed private garden , a swimming pool and a small pavilion with BBQ.
