GÎTE LE FIEF D'ALLARD AT LA JAUDONNIÈRE


Le Fief d'Allard is in the very heart of the Vendée countryside (le bocage vendéen)
beside the river Le Loing in the center of an imaginary triangle
extending from Le Puy du Fou to the Atlantic coast and the beautiful
Marais Poitevin (known as Green Venice). Only 4km away is the Lac
de Rochereau (127 hectares) and riding stables are 7km away.

Le Fief d'Allard of great character dates from the 19th century and is a listed
"Gîte de Pêche". It was entirely renovated in 2004 and has a heated
swimming pool, in an enclosed natural setting of 6 400m².


This lovely gite accomodates 8 people in comfort ( 234 m²) :

On the ground floor : Fully fitted kitchen, Sitting room/lounge with open fire, Dining room, Utility area with Tylö sauna and shower, Bedroom with double bed (160 * 200), Bathroom, Study/reading area, WC,
Store for fishing tackle etc.
Washing machine and dryer.

Equipment :
Oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, extractor, dishwasher,
electric food mixer, coffee-maker.

Loung/Sitting-room :
T.V., HiFi, D.V.D. player.
Vacuum cleaner, washer, drier, iron and ironing board.

Upstairs :
3 Bedroom (one double - 160 * 200 and 2 with twin beds - 90),
Bathroom, 2 WC, stepper and bicycle store. .

Terraces (*3) :
Terrace 1 has a view over the river,
little island and foot-bridges.
Terrace 2 overlooks the swimming pool and the river.
Terrace 3 is beside the pool has a view over the whole property.

swimming pool (open from 28th May to
the 1st October),
