Old house renovated in the Vendeen style

Our gîte is situated In the commune of Marsais - Sainte Radegonde south Vendée
4 km from l'Hermenault.

This house is entirely renovated and furnished in pure Vendeen style, suitable for 8 people. It is in the proximity of the owner's house.

The gîte comprises of :

Ground floor : lounge with chimney, diner, with television, hi-fi, bar. Kitchen corner with oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, and all necessary appliances
Still on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed with curtains, a single bed and a chimney. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet

First floor :
Bedroom (photo left) double and a single bed.
Bathroom with bath, sink . Toilet is separate.
Second bedroom (photo right), double and child's bed and cot.

Exterior :
An enclosed shady garden of 450m², enclosed parking for two cars, lawn, ping pong table, basket ball, barbecue, garden furniture, reclining chair. Sand pit and swing for the children.
There are beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. Pool (12m X 5m) at the owner's home available upon request

Our prices include all charges except for the heating (8kw free of charge per day)
and except for the wood for the chimney
A security deposit of 100 euros is required on arrival
60 euros for the cleaning is required at the end of your stay
