Isabelle and Roland welcome you to their old mill house, previously a cloth mill, and now converted into a farm inn, on the edge of the river and the Vendéen meadows.

Isabelle will cook traditional dishes using produce from the farm run by Roland.

All dishes are both traditional and typical, and you will need to book in advance.

What will you find to eat at the Moulin Migné?
- La Marinade de Génisse - Marinated beef from heifer - a speciality
- La Daube au Cidre - Beef with cider - a new dish
- Du porc au cidre ou en potée - Pork with cider or in a stew with vegetables
- Du veau de lait élevé sous la mère - Young tender veal
- Une côté de génisse grillée à la cheminée, tournedos, entrecôte servis avec les légumes du jardin (potimarron, mojette, choux…)
- side of beef (heifer) cooked over coals, tournedos or entrecôte steaks served with vegetables from the gardens (pumpkin, white beans, cabbage…)
