FERME AUBERGE MELUSINE

Mr and Mrs Raguin will give you a warm welcome at the Melusine "Ferme Auberge" and invite you to sample the flavours of the land in their old renovated Vendéen barn.
	For you, we will cook dishes made with our own home grown vegetables and products from our farm. On your table we will put some lovingly prepared dishes cooked with traditional "Gran's" recipes.
Would you like to have a typical Vendéen meal? Here are some specialities cooked with our farm's products: Poultry, rabbit, "Vendéen Potee", homemade paté, lamb, prefou (garlic bread), the famous Mojettes or the "Grillee de Mojettes", eels ….. and wine from the Vendéen region.
Why not come and have a taste of our hospitality while seated in a warm typical Vendéen atmosphere. We can also cater for larger parties such as a family reunion or company seminars, although it would be advisable to contact us to book in advance.
