"Le canard de Mélusine'' is a true agricultural Vendéen farm with approximately 50 hectares of land for our Charolaise cows , a force fed duck production , with all the processing being done at the farm.
It is registered by AgriConfiance ( rearing and hygiene) within the EEC norms.

The shop is open from 8Am to 7,30Pm Monday to Saturday (on request on Sunday)
