Come and make yourself comfortable at "la Charrière". This is the right place to appreciate the calm and serenity of the Vendée bocage.
The place is an ideal starting point for many unforgettable tours in the region : Mervent-Vouvant forest (15minutes), the Puy du Fou (20minutes), the Venise Verte (30minutes) the Ocean (45minutes), le Futuroscope (75minutes)… and a lot of walking trails in the area.

Three bedrooms have been entirely renovated in this lovely 18th century farmhouse but the charm and the character of this antic building have been preserved.
You assured of a warm welcome to these three large bedrooms, harmoniously decorated following the theme of the seasons.

- "Autumn" bedroom: handicapped access, with two beds (80x200cm). You will enjoy the warm and restful shades and the large bathroom.
"Spring" bedroom: with 2 beds (90x200cm). You will find freshness and joy by resting in this bedroom. The colorful bathroom will provide you stimulating wake-ups.
"Summer" bedroom: with 1 bed (160x200cm). You'll go back to the harvest time and get rid of all your problems with the gentle colors and the large bathroom.

In each bedroom, you will find: a kettle, tea and coffee and a hairdryer in all the bathrooms.
Breakfasts are generous with homemade cakes and marmalade. They will be served either outside to take advantage of the sunshine and the peaceful view of the countryside or either inside in the host living-room.
You also have free access to the playroom during your stay (ping pong, darts, board games and outside games for children).
Horses can have their own place to rest: they will enjoy the field in front of the house with the river on one side.
A fold-up bed and/or a travel cot are available for a small supplement of 5 euros each per night.
